Board of Directors

The Board of Directors of Investment House constitutes of five members as follows:

The members of Board of directors have broad and extensive experience in all aspects of finance, asset management, project development and consulting services.

Management Team 

 Mohamed Sherif El-Rafie
 General Manager

Mohamed Sherif  El-Rafie joined Investment House in July 2010. Prior to joining  Mr.El-Rafie  was a Manager in the Investment  Banking Group at Global Investment House - Kuwait where he was involved in transactions in excess of USD 10 Billion. Mr. El-Rafie's  experience includes private banking, securities industry regulation, structured finance and investment banking, in among the most reputable financial institutions in the MENA region and  the United States of America, such as Merrill Lynch, Bank of New York and FINRA (formerly Known as NASD).

Mr. El-Rafie currently sits on Board of Directors of Al Salam Bank - Sudan and First Qatar Real Estate Development, and  Wataniya Restaurants was formerly a member of the Management Committee of Global Investment House - Jordan.

Mr. El-Rafie completed his Bachelors of  Science in Finance and Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from The University of Texas at Dallas .
